I have a 1994 Dodge Colt. Five speed. About 150,000 miles. Usually runs fantastic. For about 2 weeks this problem has arised. When idling, it runs really rough and tries to die. Eventually it will. But lately it has been dying a lot more, and after dying it WILL NOT START. But if you leave it alone and just sit there for a while (it varies, sometimes 2 min. Other times 10-15 min.) It will eventually start. It turns over and everything just fine, it just seems like it's not getting any gas. Maybe the fuel filter needs to be changed? When it gives me problems starting and then eventually starts it seems to blow a lot of bluish whiteish smoke out of the exhaust. But sometimes it will just die even while driving. When I get to a red light or something I have to immediately throw up the e-brake and rev the gas to keep it from dying. 'Cause if it dies it's almost guaranteed it will have a problem starting. Any help woulb be appreciated. THANKS!
