Radiator fan is turning on when car is off and cold

2001 Caravan 4 cyl. The radiator fan is turning on when the engine is off and the car is cold. The fan is turning on late in the night when the temperature has dropped. I changed the Fan relay but the problem still continues.

Left sid eof engine compartment is the "intelligent Power Module" I have seen them short causing the fan to run all the time. Follow the fan wires from the fan backwards to the module
