Power Locks in 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan don't work

Could anyone please help me to troubleshoot what may be wrong with our 2005 dodge grand caravan power locks? We can only open the doors manually. The doors will still electrically slide open after being manually opened, but only if operated from the inside, not with the remote key.
The fuses all seem to be fine.

IS THAT BOTH DOORS OR JUST ONE?

ONE SIDE ONLY!

YOU MAY NEED THE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR
