2005 Dodge Caravan windshield washer fluid hose

2005 Dodge Caravan Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The hose to the back window for washer fluid has come off or broken or whatever. When I push the button, the washer fluid sprays out onto the pavement under the engine. The front washer fluid works fine so that hose is OK.
Must I get under the car to find this connection or is it available from under the hood?
