On wednesday of last week, I had my radiator cooling hoses replaced becauae if significant leaking and the mechanic told me that for a few days, I would experience "some leaking" as apparently when they remove hoses, some fluids enter the radiator pan. As of yesterday(4/3) I am still having run off and when I park my car on a down hill, the run off is quite a bit, but when I park on a flat surface or slightly uphill, it is less of a leak. On Friday as a precaution, I took my car for a recheck and the mechanic said the hoses are dry and that my car should be fine. Do I need to worry at this point?

It takes forever for the coolant to burn off, take a garden hose and clean it all out until all you see is clear water, let it run and get hot at idle. From then on, all you should see is water(clear) it should burn off in a day or two. If you see anymore green, bring it back, you have just washed it all off with the hose. This is what I did. On ant cooling system repair, wash it off with water and let the water evaporate and burn off. Didn't take long. OK
