This is the second time on a long trip that this van had the P0406 code when the van stopped after 8 hours of travel. The Check engine light went out the next day, and never came back on during the return trip. Any idea what might be causing this?

Ended up changing the EGR valve, along with the belt since I had to loosen the alternator to get that lower bolt out. It was still in decent shape, but figured it was probably a good time to do that too.
Thanks again for the help.
