2005 Dodge Caravan Clacking noise shift P to R

2005 Grand Caravan makes a loud front-left clack intermittently when I shift from P to R
Does'nt do this all the time. Usually on slightly sloped driveway after sitting all night.
Feel it strongly in the left drive shaft not Rt. Noise from midline area to somewhere to the left of that .
A mechanic thought it might be a bad wheel bearing. He could get it to happen on level ground sometimes. Any ideas.

use the E brakes before you put the van in park
and when ready to use it again start put in reverse and than release the E brakes
does it happen now

Tried for almost a month, only made the noise once but problem found by dealer:-loose axle nuts both sides. Thanks for the help.
