I replaced, the coil pack, the plugs, the plug wires, the crank sens, and the pcm. And still I have no power or spark to the coil pack or plugs. Is there any thing else that would cause this, other than the ecm?

Before you replaced the crank sensor, did you check the sensor circuits at the wiring connector? Primary voltage to the coil--injectors--02 heater circuit, comes from asd relay. I'm not saying the relay is faulty, I'd have to check wiring circuits, voltage and ground. Also, your cam sensor could cause an issue. I can't tell much without testing?
