2002 Dodge Caravan car wont turn over

Many of the switches had problems, including the ignition switch, the switch grounds through the nuetrasl switch on the transmission with a relay.

Also, do you hear one clunk from the starter when it doesn't spin the engine? If so, the solenoid contacts are worn. They can be replaced, but most people just replace the entire starter motor. The problem will remain intermittent for a long time, but will get progressively worse.
