Check engine light is on. Had system checked. Problem code was transaxle controll module has fault. Transmission shifts thru the gears fine what could be the problem

EATX controller has detected a trans fault code. If no other codes present at this time was a intermittent code. Need scanner to erase code and if no reset your good
