my check engine light keeps coming on after numerous repairs, now my engine code is P0301, WHAT CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE

Check if coil firing that cylinder
check spark plug
check ignition wire
do a compression test
check injector (or mark injector and switch it with another one if code move with the injector replace that injector )

need manual CHECK IT @
