2001 Dodge Caravan stumpped?

This van starts then quickly dies we have put new fuel pump, filters, sensors, battery, spark plugs, wires, coil and had the fuses and relays checked and it still does not want to run. Is there a way to tell if the computer is bad before going to buy one? Any suggestions?

With key in run position are the dash lights on?

When the van dies out do all the guages stay up with the check engine light on or do all lights go out like key is off
