I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are clean and tight. If you have a digital multimeter, with everything turned off, take a reading across battery posts, the generic spec for a fully charged battery is around 12.6 volts. If the battery is down, take it off and get it charged. Even if you can get it started with a jump, it's best not to let the alternator charge a down battery.
Next I'd check the starter circuits, probably at the starter relay. Did you try cranking in neutral? I haven't look at your security system, sometimes that can be an issue, where applicable.
