2000 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

vehicle cranks but will not turn over. It appears to not be getting fuel or spark. What's the best place to start?

"Cranks" and "turns over" are the same thing. Does it or doesn't it?

Both injectors and coil(s) are powered through the Automatic Shutdown (ASD) which is turned on by the engine computer when it sees engine rotation, (cranking or running). It knows the engine is rotating when it sees pulses from the crankshaft position sensor.
