Ok, that is a different story. I would look for a damaged crankshaft or cam shaft sensor. Maybe the belt hit one of these sensors, or the plug/wiring going to one, and that will make your ignition never fire.
Just look around the front of the eninge and look for any obvious damage, or wiring harness that look like they got hit by the belt when it came off. Maybe you will get lucky and find a plug off. If not, you are probably going to have to get a mechanic you trust to track down the problem.
