When I drive through a water puddle the serpentine belt comes off. I have had the belt and tensioner replaced. All other pulleys appear to spin freely and be in good shape and aligned.

Steve,
It it's coming off when it gets wet, the belt has to be loose. Recheck the belt tensnioier and alignment. Something has to be off.

Let me know what you find.
