1995 Dodge Caravan Serpentine belt not running.

Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Caravan Front Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles

Tried to start car in morning, wouldn't start. Felt like car needed a jump, (turn and clicking sound). Jumped car, started, noted that the serpentine belt was not running. I recently had the tensioner replaced. Tension is good, belt in good shpae.
Noticed also that I had no reading of oil pressure.

engine 3.3 V6

Mechanical failure in engine pulley system. DO NOT TRY TO START, as the oil pressure must be checked. This is important. So tow it to shop, unless you want to get involved with oil pressure and possible engine failure. Ok sorry about this. Hey at least it is not a health failure. Good luck. Ok
