I have had my van tested for the starter battery and alternator they were fine the only way I can get it started is to play with a green wire connected to the fuse relay distribution box. What could be wrong and how do I fix it

There are a lot of wires there. Have you checked to see where that wire goes? Also, when it doesn't start, is it completely dead or does the starter work?

Let me know.

I looked at some schematics. If it is dark green with a red tracer, it runs to the ignition switch, dark green with white tracer, fuel pump relay. There are a bunch of other green wires with different color tracer colors. Check to see if it is solid green (which I can't find) and if it has a tracer color, what color is the tracer.
