1999 Dodge Caravan Dodge won't start

My 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan starts only after several tries of turning the ignition. First few times all I hear is one click after I turn the ignition. I changed the battery recently but no luck.

So when it doesn't starter the starter doesn't spin the engine over?Also do you have a multimeter or a test light?

Alright make sure your battery cable's are clean and tight. Make sure your battery has over 12 volt's in it when it doesn't start check and make sure your red wire and your brown wire have battery voltage to the starter when your key is in the start position. If you do you have a bad starter.
