1999 Dodge Caravan dash controls going on and off

The instruments on my dash go on and off. It is not the 20 amp fuse which controls the dashboard that is causing the problem. The dashboard instruments go on and off when they feel like it. It must be a short in the computer. Any advice?

Cluster it self have a weak weld at the connector plug
need to be removed and re weld and or replaced

Thank you. There was a crack in the circuit board and after soldering everything is working fine now.
