1999 Dodge Caravan car will not start

I was replacing the battery with one of my friends batteries, his was a slightly used battery and not the same series as my old battery. We had to jump the car since his battery was out of power since it hasn't been used for a while. After we tried jumping the car the car would refuse to start, sometimes it would make some clicking noise when trying to start the car and the alarm would go off randomly

Are you sure the battery is good? It sounds like it is no good. What I recommend is to fully charge the battery and have it load tested at a parts store. They will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.
