98 grand caravan-horn and cruse went bad at the same time, checked all known fuses and relays,
any suggestions b-4 parts changing episode

i say clockspring, there is a recall about it? if you haven't had it replaced and you bought the van new, call the dealership and it will be replaced for free. i am surprised that the airbag light isn't on.
