Do you hear the motor whining when you hit the washer fliud. If the motors aren't working check the fuses, wiring, and connections. If all of that is fine you need new motors. If the motors are whining either the motors are brokin, stuck, or burned up inside or you have clogged lines. To unclog the lines you can try running hot water over them, or blowing air pressure through them. You can verify that the motors work or not by placing different lines on it and checking if fluid flows. Replace the lines and squirt tips before the motors if the motors are working as this is cheaper.
