Check engine and ABS lights are on

Electrical problem 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 208760 miles

The check engine and ABS lights are on. When this happens the speedomitor and Tach well all gauges quit working. This was a rare occurance but now happening all the time. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Other than she is tired and old trade her in. We love our Van.
