THE GUAGES OF MY CARAVAN GOES OFF SUDDENLY AND AFTER A WHILE IT COMES BACK ON.
EVERYTIME I TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC THEY ARE ON AND OK. AND THE MECHANIC TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.

Have you checked to make sure all connections in the rear of it are tight and not corroded? Also, you may want to have them check for bad body grounds and the body control module checked.
