My wife's van experienced a total cluster gage black out once in a while. What is the problem and how to rectify this?

It sounds like the body control module might be acting up. If you have a digital multi meter we can do some tests to verify that. Let me know what you would like to do.

Now first off there is no need to talk to me that way. Without some testing there is no way to tell what the problem is as I am not working on the car myself. The only way to know for sure is to do some testing which requires a digital volt meter at least. If you are not comfortable in doing this then you should take it to a shop and have them do this. I am saying that the Body Control Module might be the problem it may not be it could be the head light switch or if there is a seperate switch for dimming the interior lights that could be the problem. So with that said if you would like to do some tests then great I will walk you through them if you dont want to do the tests then take it to a shop. Thanks and have a great day.
