I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan and for some time now my dash gauges would simply stop working. The Dome lights won't work when opening the doors, the dimmer switch is inoperable and the seat belt warning light stays on briefly after turning the vehicle off while hearing a fluttering noise like that of a relay. I also noticed that the speedometer doesn't work. I can return to the vehicle the following day and everything functions normally. Recently I drove down a very rough road and the gauges and lights have stopped working permanently. Several times while exiting the vehicle I have been shocked shutting the doors.I have checked the fuses under the DS dash as well as under the hood but all seem to be OK. What's Next

Hi:
Check all body grounds under the hood and under the dash, car. Make sure they are not broken or rusted. It sounds like a ground problem.
