1994 Dodge Caravan check fuel press

I just dont know where to find the button to check my fuel presser I changed the filter and need to get the air out of the line but I cant find the button I was told it was under the hood but it seems to be hidin form me

The fuel system does not have to be bleed of air, it will do so when the car is cranked to start. But the valve is located on the fuel rail, located under the intake manifold, it has a black cap on it and looks like a valve core for a tire.
