02 dodge caravan turn signal issues

My caravan sport with 75,000 miles and 3.3l engine indicates a left turn while lifting the lever for a right turn. The blinker indicator inside indicates a left turn at all times while attempting a right turn. This is very intermittent and am not sure if the outside lights indicate the same as the indicators on the inside.

YOU MAY NEED A SIGNAL SWITCH !
have you done any work on the lights
changed a bulb if so check for a wrong bulb
