1995 Dodge Avenger cranks but won't start

when the key is turned on most of the indicator lamps in the dash do not light including the check engine. I was going to try to pull the codes from the PCM to try and figure out why it was not starting I think it's not starting because the PCM is dead. Is there any way to check

Hi there,

Check for a blown fuse, dirty or loose battery terminals or a bad earth first.
