Oh man. That is tight. You can use the starter. I would disable the ignition (appears it is already) and then just bump it over with the starter. This is not as easy but can be done. Once you get the hang of what the starter does on each "bump" then you will get it where you need it. Unfortunately there is no other safe way to do this. The only other thing I can think of is to lay on the ground and see if you can get a socket on the crank bolt from underneath. Normally there isn't as much in the way but clearly the radiator will still be there but you may be able to slide it in there.
You are going to use the starter, get one of these buttons. It hooks to the battery and the starter control wire and then you can be under the hood and bump the engine over. Again, just make sure your ignition is disabled.
