Distributor removal

I have a Bronco 2. I have taken the hold down bolt out but distributor will not budge. can you help?

Good morning,

Soak it down with WD40 and try working it back and forth. The o-ring that holds it is most likely frozen and needs to be released. Once you get it to turn, then twist and lift at the same time to get it out.

If that does not work, get a long punch and a hammer and tap on the base of the distributor to shock the o-ring to release.
