Dies when idles

My truck is starting a little hard. Then when I give it gas, it revs up, but when it idles down it goes all the way down and dies. This was happening a couple weeks ago, found out the truck was completely missing the o2 sensor. Replaced that, ran for about a week. Is now dying again. I believe it may be the idle air control? But I am no mechanic and could use some advice. Thank you for this service very very much.

Scan for codes and check fuelpressure first. Clean throttle plate on both sides with coke cleaner and iac hole

Dont know how to check fuel pressure. Cleaned throttle with choke cleaner. Wont start at all now
