If it needs to be replaced is it easiest to reach by coming from the passenger or drivers side?

This actuator is called the air distribution actuator and the manual shows going through the driverside by the column because they are normally on that side of the housing.

The blend door that controls the air temperature is normally on the passenger side. So did you mean that actuator? If so, I can get you that process as well.

Let us know if you have questions. Thanks
