No air is coming through the defrost windshield vents

All other vents are producing hot/cold air just fine. Fuses are good and blower is working along with temperature switches.

Hi,

The air flow directions is controlled by a mode door and mode door actuator. Based on the options, either the actuator will be electric or a cable.

I attached two pics below. I need you to check under the dash and let me know which one you have. Also, if you find it is the cable, confirm that when you select defrost, the cable is fully moving the lever on the HVAC box.

Let me know what you find. Also, I will need to know if it is manual AC or automatic. If it is automatic climate control, the cable will not be used.

Once we determine which system you have, I will be able to give you directions for replacement. Pic 1 shows the electric actuator and pic 2 shows the cable.
