I have a question the Daytime Running Lights on my truck do not come on when I turn on the truck. They were working fine before but suddenly they stopped working. Sometimes I turn the truck off and then on and then they come on so sometimes they work sometimes they don’t.

Hi,

Since at times they work, it isn't a fuse issue unless it is loose or corroded. So, that leads me to the relay. There is a DRL relay in the under hood fuse box. Check to make sure it is tight and there isn't a corrosion issue where it plugs into the box. If you have a different relay in the fuse box with the same part number, switch them to see if the makes them work correctly. If there isn't one with the same part number. here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

I attached a picture below of the relay's location and highlighted it.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

So today I went ahead and turned on the truck (the DRL's did not come on) I checked the fuse box located the DRL relay and I wiggled it trying to remove it then I noticed the lights came on.

Try replacing the relay. When it's out, make sure the connectors are not corroded or pushed in to a point good contact isn't made.

Let me know.
