Car has almost no power, CVT transmission pressure solenoid

My car started having shifting problems it didn't want to go into overdrive. On the highway it would be really pushing the rpm's and eventually shift. About a month after I noticed it was having problems it started to feel as though something was rubbing on the front drivers tire. I didn't see any marks on the tire or anything resembling an external problem. Then it started having problems picking up speed, it felt like something was dragging from the front drivers side. Now it won't even go up my drive way just doesn't seem to have power. I put new tires, shocks and struts, new CV shaft, as well as upper and lower control arms front and back, new tie rod ends, new battery, new. Plugs and coil packs. I have hooked up to my obd scan tool it says the number three solenoid is stuck open, gear ratio is off. So what do I do to fix it?

It sounds like you have a turbine shaft speed sensor that is not working right, but to be sure can you please give me the codes. Here is a guide to help:
