I need to change the crankshaft position sensor and I cannot for the life of me find the location on the motor. I have Googled until I have found a million different places and just don’t want to start unplugging and doing unnecessary work. Please help.

I will attach the info below from the manual. Here are a couple guides that will help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-a-bad-crankshaft-sensor

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/crankshaft-angle-sensor-replacement

Below you will see the info from the manual that will help with exact location and process to replace it.

It is on the back side of the motor and it easiest to access from underneath.

Please let us know what other questions you have. Thanks

Thank you. Replaced it today and it started throwing the code for the throttle body, so we took it off cleaned it really good thinking that would make it turn over, but no luck. So, looks like we will be replacing the throttle body next.

Okay. Sounds great. If you need help with the throttle body issue, then feel free to get a post started for that issue and we will be able to help figure it out. We need to keep each post to one topic so that others can find it if they have the same one.

Let us know what happens and we can go from there. Thanks
