Okay. The camshaft sensor is simple, disconnect the negative cable, go to the sensor and disconnect the electrical connector. Then remove the bolt. Now gently rotate and pull on the sensor to remove it, they have an o-ring seal that tends to stick in the bore and can take some effort to remove.
For the crank sensor the process is similar except you need to remove the A/C compressor to get to it because of the crank sensors location under the pulley. To remove the compressor you need to remove the serpentine belt, then unbolt the compressor, you only need to move it out of the way to get the sensor out. Then the sensor removes the same way as the cam sensor. They also stick in the bore. The torque numbers for the bolts are in the images attached.
There is no retiming or other changes needed. I haven't find your other posts so I'm not sure if changing the sensors will do anything but the above should address the exchange process.
