I bought this car about 2 months ago and one day while driving it, it stalled out on me twice. Since then I have changed the water pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and bought the right spark plugs for it yesterday. Can someone walk me through changing out the three back spark plugs and figure out why it wont start?

Couple questions. When you say you have the correct plugs, does that mean it does not have the correct plugs in it now? If not then that may be the reason for it not starting.

So we need to start with that. I attached the process below on how to replace the plugs. In order to get the rear plugs you need to remove the intake manifold collector (upper intake).

This process is included as well. Then we can cover the no start if it is still not starting.

Here is a guide that covers this issue:

While replacing one of the front plugs connect the new plug and crank the engine while holding the plugs against the block to see if there is spark. It will just save us a step if it is still not starting after the plugs are replaced.

Honestly in January I got a code that said misfire in cylinder 3 so went and got a new coil and 6 spark plugs. Come to find out the spark plugs I got in January were cheap ones and not the ones that are recommended for my car so the guy said that it would work on my car but cause it to have multiple misfires and that's the code that's coming up now.

Okay. I understand. So if you have multiple cylinder misfire codes and now it is not starting then changing the plugs would be wise to start with.

Clearly we don't want to chase a no start issue if that is solved with new plugs and if you need new plugs anyway then lets just go ahead with that and see what happens. Thanks
