Hi,
Often times a crank no start condition is caused by a fuel-related issue. It can also be related to the ignition system.
Do me a favor. See if the engine starts if you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know it is fuel related. If there is no change, I need you to check for spark at the plugs.

Do this and let me know what you find. Also, let me know if you hear the new fuel pump turn on for a second or two when you first turn on the key.
