Hi,

If there is no spark, it can be caused by a few different things.

Let's start simple. At each coil, there will be a green wire with a white tracer. These wires should all have power with the key on. Check that first. If there is no power, check fuse B11 in the under-hood fuse box. In addition to checking the fuse, make sure there is power to it.

Here is a link you may find helpful:

I attached two pics below showing the path for power. If this checks good, let me know. Also, let me know if you have a live data scan tool. If you do, check to see if there is an RPM signal when cranking the engine.

Take care,

Joe

Do you have power to the aforementioned (green/white) wires at the coils? If you do, we need to check for a ground path via the ECM on the brown, yellow, pink, and violet wire on the coil pack. Here is how to do it:

With a test lamp, attach the alligator clip to the battery-positive terminal. Probe any of the wire colors I mentioned above. Have a helper crank the engine. If you are getting a ground path, the test lamp will strobe on and off.

Also, if you have a live data scan tool, check to see if there is an RPM signal when cranking. I need to know these things to further direct you in the correct direction.

Take care and let me know what you find.

Joe
