Jumped another vehicle when it was 30 below temperature and the car hasn't moved since. It died shortly after removing jumper cables.
This was about 10 weeks ago. And I've tried everything possible that I can think of to this point and the frustrations are beyond words at this point.

Replaced battery with exact same one that was in before.

Replaced the red terminal thing on top of the battery with the fuses and all the wires. Forgot the name of the pa de t sorry.

Relays have been replaced.

All fuses. Tested multiple times.

Purchased a nice scanner for this in vehicle / BMWs and codes have been all over the place. Low battery and dead battery as you know cause All sorts of goofy problems.

Crank no start Crank no start It's just not starting we cannot figure it out everything should be fine everything should be working we just bought this car a few months ago and it was in phenomenal shape has been cared for very well and it makes no sense what could be going on here to us we have spent more hours than I would admit trying to research and read up and look into this and cannot find any answers.
Sounds like a lot of people with BMWs have a lot of very similar problems to this kind of crap and can chase this stuff around to the tune of thousands and thousands of dollars before finding out it was just a simple fuse or something stupid like that this is our first BMW will probably be the last one. We are desperately looking for help here and would appreciate any input or tips you have. I am very good with mechanic work but more so on American vehicles and mainly trucks as I have several and do most the work on them as well as equipment that I own for my business so I would think that this should have been easy and fixed long time ago, but I am stumped.

As a payment of thank you or whatever you want to call it, we are happy to make a donation to the go fund me to demonstrate our gratitude if this is something you think we can work out together.

Please feel free to ask me anything. I can provide a phone number if that helps.

Also, sorry my name is Brad. My wife is Nicole, she owns the car.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for your time!

Brad.

Hello Brad,

The first thing we need to do is clear all the codes and then just turn the system on without trying to start the engine and read the codes, these will be the hard codes that we need to address first. Also, I would see if the engine runs on starting fluid this way we can rule out engine damage or the ignition system not working. Thank you for the GoFundMe consideration, let's fix this car together. Please get back to me with your results. Also does the scanner you are using perform a CAN scan? Check this video and guide out.

You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is a list of CAN scanners starting at about $25.00 on Amazon:
