Welcome to 2CarPros.
Did this happen all at once or was there any indication of an issue prior to the no start? Anytime I have a crank no start condition, the first things I check for are spark and fuel. The easiest way to do it is to see if starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then it's fuel related. If it doesn't, then it is most likely ignition related. You mentioned the crankshaft position sensor was replaced. Have you checked to see if there is spark?
To get started, take a look through these links. See if the first one is helpful, and then move to the second and third for specific testing.
