Crank no start

I have fuel, spark, timing is right on. Will not start! I put new plugs wires distributor cap button fuel filters and air filter The car ran after that. It seemed like the last two times I drove it I was having to crank longer than normal, and now will not start at all! If I hold the throttle to the floor it will act like it almost wants to start but it does not. Please help.
