Okay, looking at the wiring diagram that relay has two fused power feeds, one feeds power for the pump and the other powers the relay and a few other items. I would first check the relay fuse, which is fuse 105 in the right engine compartment fuse box. An easy way to test that would be to use a test light at the pump relay socket. With the key on you should have two power feeds in the socket. One for the pump and one for the relay. Those are on pins 86 and 87 in the diagram. If you have both of those and you already know that the pump works, the next item would be the control wire on pin 85. It should go to ground for a couple seconds at initial key on to activate the pump prime. A test light connected to battery power and touched to that pin should light if you turn the key on. If all those check out swap out the relay as it's the likely culprit. If you are missing the power on pin 86 check that fuse, it provides power to other items and one of those might have caused it to fail. For instance, it provides the power to the fuel injectors, cam and crank sensors, VVT solenoids and the MAF components. So, a shorted injector or a damaged sensor could cause it to fail.
Hopefully it's just a bad relay but let us know what you find.
