Found no power to fuel pump. Check and found relay not getting power to activate. The constant power is there. If I jump pins the pump turns on. Not sure what further to check.

Okay, looking at the wiring diagram that relay has two fused power feeds, one feeds power for the pump and the other powers the relay and a few other items. I would first check the relay fuse, which is fuse 105 in the right engine compartment fuse box. An easy way to test that would be to use a test light at the pump relay socket. With the key on you should have two power feeds in the socket. One for the pump and one for the relay. Those are on pins 86 and 87 in the diagram. If you have both of those and you already know that the pump works, the next item would be the control wire on pin 85. It should go to ground for a couple seconds at initial key on to activate the pump prime. A test light connected to battery power and touched to that pin should light if you turn the key on. If all those check out swap out the relay as it's the likely culprit. If you are missing the power on pin 86 check that fuse, it provides power to other items and one of those might have caused it to fail. For instance, it provides the power to the fuel injectors, cam and crank sensors, VVT solenoids and the MAF components. So, a shorted injector or a damaged sensor could cause it to fail.
Hopefully it's just a bad relay but let us know what you find.

Hi thanks for the response. I looked at what you said to check and found at fuel pump relay "O" I got 12 voltage at pin 5 which is a constant hot and 12V on pin 1 which looks like it comes from fuse 105 in engine bay. Got 12V to the pin after I reseated fuse 105. If I jump pins 3 and 5 on relay "O" the car starts.

While checking fuse 105 found fuse 104 blown. Replaced, and fuse 104 blows right away when ignition is turned on. Found short to ground one side of fuse 104 terminal. Not sure what is connected to that circuit and if that also can stop my car from starting.

Fuse 104 powers a few things of them I would look at the O2 sensors wiring first, there are areas where that harness gets close to the exhaust and engine and could be rubbed through and shorting out the sensors. An easy way to test if they are the issue would be to connect a test light across the fuse terminals, now unplug each of the items in the circuit and when the light goes out you found the short. Then track the wiring. A couple of those items can stop it from starting if they are shorted to ground as it would send a signal to the PCM of a missing control signal and tell it not to power on the pump.
