Crank but will not start?

The water pump went out on it, it ran hot and shut off I have replaced water pump, timing belt, temp sensor, spark plugs, coil pack and it will turn over but won't crank at firstborn smelled strong of gas I'm not sure now there is water in the oil and I'm going to replace the head gasket tomorrow. But i don't know if it could not start because of head gasket.

How does it sound while cranking over? If the timing belt is installed incorrectly, it will cause this issue. If you upload a short video of the engine cranking over, I can tell for sure what's going on. In the meantime, please go over this guide:
