Here is a guide that will help point us in the right direction. We are going to need to do some testing to find out which area to look in. Clearly these guides layout the common causes but instead of just replacing parts, let's do some testing.

I would suggesting starting with fuel and spraying some starting fluid in the intake just to see if it fires off of that. If it does then we know we have spark and compression and can go for a fuel issue.
If not, then we need to check for spark. We may have an issue with both fuel and spark but we need to start looking at them individually.
To test spark, just remove a plug and connect it back to the ignition system then hold it against the engine block and crank the engine to see if it sparks.
