If you have spark, fuel, and air, the engine has no choice but to run unless for some reason timing is off or compression was lost. Do me a favor, see if it starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid and let me know what you find. If it starts for a couple seconds, confirm fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs.

Let me know. You did all the preliminary testing already. What I suspect is either the spark is weak or the fuel pressure is too low. Chances of internal engine damage or timing to go all at once, is unlikely. Truthfully, it sounds like a bad crankshaft sensor but the starting fluid test will tell me a lot.
