CRANK BuT NO START

I have replaced the fuel pump brand new which is now cutting on. Fuel pump relay is clicking when the key is turned on. Also I have spark on number one spark plug when I crank it. The first panel on the driver side door I have checked all the fuses with a fuse checker and they all light up. Need help Please help!
Cannot figure out what is wrong and why she wont start.

Have you scanned it for codes? Is the ignition timing set correctly? You may need to pull the timing cover off and check to see if the timing belt/chain has slipped.

Another thing to check would be compression.
